Housing Information
Housing for No-Frills 2014 will be on campus at Southern Oregon University within our conference hall, Cox Hall. Delegates staying in Cox Hall will be provided with linens, towels and wireless internet.
Cox Hall has 2 different room options. The traditional residence hall option has two twin size beds, two desks, two closets, and two chairs. When staying in the double rooms, guests use communal style restrooms and showers. We also have Gender Neutral housing options available.
The suite style option, have two full size beds, a night stand, mini fridge, microwave, and a full bathroom. The suite option and traditional options are located in separate wings however they are connected by a common lobby on each floor. While Advisors will have the ability to select a single room, we will have a limited amount of single rooms to offer. If an Advisor is interested in a single room please email the conference staff at [email protected] and they will be given one if available.

Dining Information
Meals covered in the delegate fee will be Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast. Sunday lunch will be upon request for an additional fee. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options will be available. Upon request, we will provide other dietary options such as Kosher, Halal, and nut-free.

On Saturday, our Java Union will be open from breakfast until 2pm.

We will be providing light snacks and refreshments through out boardroom. You will also be receiving a reusable coffee mug that you can use through out the weekend for different warm drinks that will be provided.
